    When will my order ship?
    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Currently just Canada and United States Of America. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

    How long does shipping take?

    Domestic orders: 5–10 business days

    International orders: 10–30 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

    How do I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?
    All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us under the "contacts" tab within 7 days of delivery.

    Can I exchange for a different size or item?
    Due to limited stock, we are unable to offer size or item exchanges. Please refer to the sizes in the product description before placing your order.

    What if my order arrives damaged?
    Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
